I have a GE side by side refrigerator model# XXXXX serial # XXXXX the ice maker

doesn't make enough ice is there something that I can ajust ?

I didn't get a book when I purchased the ref.from lowes.

you can turn the temp to colder for the freezer and it will produce more ice and also here is a manual for your fridge / thanks Larry

Larry, I have already tried that it didn't work I put it on 0 degrees also on -1 degrees

you turn the freezer (1 to 7) to 6 and the fridge (1 to 7) to 4 and that will make the freezer colder ,,, 0 or 1 is very warm

the fridge temps start at 34 degrees and goes up. what do I need to put it on

 

 

note : GE recommens 0 degrees and 37degeees but I've never had enough ice
