Sorry, this is a Siemens 7kg dryer.

First of all you start cleaning the condensor regularly :-(. Second you remove the back panel (after unplugging!) - you might want to vacuum behind the panel while it's off. Locate the thermal fuse on the heating unit and press the reset button. Put the back panel in place

I starting operating the dryer this morning, however failed in opening as have had
1- only little time,
2- no indication of which part in the back needed to be removed... there are two.
therefore called a professional who did serviced my dryer in a heartbit without me being involved.
Since I am a dummy with this sort of home work, a bit more precision in the explanation would have helped, we are a 8 members family and 4 days without dryer is a mess that cannot last longer.
End of the day I am not satisfied with the answer I got and wont accept. Sorry for this.
