i have a samsung fridge freezer , the water is not coming out

i have a samsung fridge freezer , the water is not coming out from the
chiller and also the fridge dosn't seem to be keeping the food cold evan though the tempreture is showing 1 degree

So you have two problems here.
First is the water that is not coming out of the dispenser.

Second is the fridge not cooling very well.
We could tackle the second problem first. This is a defrost issue if the freezer is accumulating frost on the back wall. It is not defrosting and thereby cold air is not circulated to the fridge area.

Three things to check. The defrost heater, the defrost termination thermostat and the defrost controller. ( Could be a timer or a Adaptive defrost controller ADC).

The first two are in the freezer evaporator coil and the last one is in the fridge section .

Here is a link that would help you further understand how defrosting works.

On the first problem, I would have to ask you to check the water inlet solenoid valve but you have your hands full already on the second problem so we will discuss this later.
