I have a Samsung Front Load Washer, model # XXXXX It was just purchased this weekend, from a dept. store where it had been returned. We put the 1st load in, and before the load finished it started beeping and showing "nd" on the control panel. The door is locked, water is still in the drum, and we have tried everything to get the cycle to complete...but no luck!!
Hello this is a no drain error.You need to remove the back panel and take the pump off and clean it out.Once you remove the drain hose and tub hose all the water will come out of the unit so be ready.

How do you get the pump out??
There is a couple bolts that hold it down.Unscrew them and it will lift out.

Holy cow......a finishing nail was lodged in the pump keeping it from spinning! Now we are re-assembling it!
