We have a GE microwave built in less than 1 year old model

Resolved Question:

We have a GE microwave built in less than 1 year old model JVM154ODN1WW that has stopped working. You can not program anything on it (time etc;) We unpluged it to try and get it to reset . No luck. Can't find a troubleshooting guide. Do you have any ideas?

first off if this is under a year old do not attempt any repairs or this will void your warranty. this is warrantied for 1 year and you should call G.E. right away before the warranty runs out, it sounds like you have a control board problem with this and this runs around $90.00 and its covered under warranty. also microwaves are extremely dangerous to attempt repairs on, an average of 4 people a year die from such attempts, please call for service on this. thanks Bryan
