I don't have that information available...I am at work. Just found the website when I was looking for technicians in my area to look at it. I will have to send make and model after I get home from work. I am sorry.
Is there a fan in the freezer
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

Here is the info on the freezer....Ge Model FUF 14DTARWH, Serial #GM178622 - Mfd 4/07.....

Here is the breakdown of the freezer,Take the bak off the freezer to see if the fan motor is going And see if thers frost on the freezer coils

What does it mean if the fan motor isn't running and if there is frost on the coils? Will it need freon?

If the fan motor isn't going and theres frost ,It would be the fan motor that is the problem
