Hi, this is Bryan, is the flap on your ice dispensor closing tightly? this could be an issue if its not closing tight it will keep the refrigerator running to long and draw in outside moister (thus the frost on food) are you getting allot of frost on the food in the fresh food section? let me know , thanks Bryan

Hi Bryan,

We don't have an ice dispenser. Yes frost is getting on everything no matter where it is located in the frig.

You will be having one of two problems...You are getting to much air flow from freezer (meaning the slide control maybe disconnected or damper not opening and closing)check to see that the air flow damper from the freezer to fridge is actually closing and opening not stuck open ,graphicwhen you move the slide control #315..If that doesn't do it then your temp control is bad..#49...
