Frigidaire washer model LTF2940ES3 wont spin

Resolved Question:

The washer runs all cycles but at end of wash cycle it wont spin dry

First, make sure the washer is actually draining the water out. If not and you have a large puddle of water in the bottom of your drum then your drain is clogged somewhere and the unit will not go into spin with a tub full of water.

If the unit IS draining (which is generally the case) then chances are your motor control board is shorted. THe motor control is located in the back right corner if you pull the machine out and take the back panel off you will have access to it. Here is the part so you can order it if you like. You can confirm by turning it to spin and checking the large black and white wires going into the back of the board for 120V accross them. If it has 120V then the timer is telling the control board to operate it's just not doing so.

I'm not sure what the model is that you are refering to but yes it is a 10" X 10" white box that has a lot of wires going to it mounted on the base of the washer.
