Kettle is aKenwood. I suspect the bi-metallic strip, as the light comes on in the switch which illuminates, when you press it down to boil. The element is covered, and have looked. Nothing is obviously wrong with it. How can I tell if the bi-metallic strip is not working? Can I get a replacement?
