If you look underneath in the middle of the disposal there will be a small hole....You need to have a allen type wrench ...This will let you turn the blades manually....there may also be a reset button on bottom...

i see the hole, but none of my allen wrenches are big enough, i guess

You would need a special wrench made just for that...You could probillay obtain one at lowes or your nearest hardware store...
