there's a cover on the top with 2 holes in the back pull down and forward at the same time then there are 2screws right by the lights on the top and 1screw on the back center

Had a repair guy come buy and fix things. It wasn't the damper and I didn't look close enough for the frost in the freezer which was the cause of things. Frost all over the coils etc as you probably know. What do I owe you? Bill
