I would take the hose off the pump ( get some towels ) and see if its clogged or not draining completely. you cant see the water below the inner tub.there also could be an issue with the water level control. this senses when machine is empty and lets it go to spin. you seem to have replaced all the obvious things.
My husband checked the pump and said it was not clogged or anything. As far as the door lock assembly goes we have replaced the wax motor but you mentioned the spin switch, there are two switches that look exactly alike, one to the right and above the wax motor and the other is in the other side. also where is the water level switch located ?
I know I have a lot of questions but I've been told so many things from other less helpful online tecnicians that this or that was the problem. We can't afford a repairman to come out(like a lot of people right now). I would be willing to pay you a little more than $15. if you can get us to the right place. No one yet has mentioned these things.
okay, we will check these tonight and I'll let you know tomorrow. You have been great and you will deserve a bonus.

We still are fighting with this machine. It had a defective wax motor and we replaced it(for the third time in three months). It finally spun for the first time in three months but then when I tried it with a load in it, it wouldn't spin again. We are so frustrated and no one has the answers. As for paying you I don't under stand because on Feb. 20th it came out of my account when I clicked green accept. Purchase number: 90630219005437844262401. Then on Feb 24th another $15.00 came out for Ron. What's up with that?
This is a clutch problem you can download this Technical bulletin explaining that DC error is a clutch replacement being necessary for the repair...
