open the freezer and tell me if you hear the fan blowing inside and if you see a frost build up on the back wall
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
There is no frost built up on back of wall and i don't hear a fan,but there is a fan in the back at the bottom of the fridge, that runs..
Expert:  Appliance Tech Larry replied 7 years ago.
the fan motor is bad and that is why the bottom isn't cooling ,,,, the fan put the cool air into the fridge part ,,,, you will have to pull the back cover off inside the freezer and swap out the motor ,,, easy fix / the part number for the fan motor is WR60X10045 and it cost about $82.00 and you can get one local or online from www3.sears.com ,,,,,,, glad i could help and please hit the accept button for me / larry
