Open the refrigerator door push in the door switch and tell me if you hear a fan running?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
Assuming the refrigerator side... when I opened the door, the fan was off. When I pushed the door switch with the door open, the fan did turn on as you would expect.

If the freezer side is keeping good temp and there is no frost build up in the freezer I would think the damper door is not opening. Two reasons the door would not open are a broken damper door or a bad thermistor.
