GE Smart Water element indicator light not on. What does that

GE Smart Water element indicator light not on. What does that mean?
Hello Sir,
I am assuming that you have a water heater cause you have not mentioned the product category of which the element indicator is off.
If its a water heater, the following information would help:
"The GE has what appear to be inductance driven lights on the white/light yellow wire going to the elements. By turning the thermostat up slightly, the lights would illuminate, and vice versa. This suggests that both the thermostat and elements are functioning.
If either are open, there should be no light.
I suggest that you clean the hot water heater closet
to gain access and then remove the access cover and check the reset buttons."
I hope it will help.
Please revert back with some more details of your product if you are not satisfied.
Thanks and Regards
