does it keep shoing a probe symbol like you have your meat prob installed even though it's not? or does it give you an F XX error code?

it has the word probe blinking and also the word bake blinking and it keeps beeping

ok so sounds like your probe jack shorted--- you can turn the circuit breaker off for 60 and try to reset the board for a false reading, but if it comes back you will have to replace the jack which means pulling the oven out and take the side wall off.
