F1 means that your temperature probe inside your oven cavity has failed--- you can test it by removing the 2 screws that hold it onto the back wall and checking resistance--- the resistance should be 1080 Ohms at room temperature. If it checks good then your control board is shorted and reading improperly and will have to be replaced.

90% of the time it's the sensor--- and generally happens after a self cleaning but not always.
