IT IS ALSO A GE BUT I'M ALMOST POSITIVE THE CLOTHES ARE GETTING MARKS FROM THE WASHER. I JUST TOOK SOME TOWELS OUT OF THE WASHER AND I CAN NOW SEE NEW SPOTS ON THEM. NOT ALL OF THEM BUT THERE ARE NEW ONES THERE. I LOOK BEFORE I PUT MY CLOTHES IN.

IS THIS SOMETHING WE CAN REPLACE OURSELVES?

Expert:  Tom Johnston replied 8 years ago.

It is possible if you are mechanicaly inclined it takes me about a hour to do the job you also need a speacial wrench that cost about $60.00.If you get a tech to do it it should be about$250.00 thats what I charge.

I SUPPOSE THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR I WILL NOT GET RID OF THE PROBLEMS I HAVE NOW. WILL THE SPOTS GET WORSE OVER TIME IF WE DON'T FIX IT RIGHT AWAY?
Expert:  Tom Johnston replied 8 years ago.
Yes it will get worse with time.
