Its a first generation neptune. Its worth more in repar bills than i pad for it. Anyway, after about a year since its last repair, it won't drain. The door locks, it goes through each cycle, but never drains. Just keeps going through the same water. It started up, filled, washed, went into the pump cycle (motor runs) but nothing is pumped out. it times out and goes into the nest cycle witd the same water.

sounds like it clogged somewhere in the drain system. take the screws holding the door on and the ones on the other side across from door screws. and pull the front panel off from the top and it will come off the bottom clips set it aside and your pump should be on the right side you will see the drain ansd tub hose connected to it . first try to get the water out so you dont make a big nmess and the remove hoses and check for obstruction in pump and hoses. you will need some large towels because you cant get all the water out from inside tub, so be perpared, you may find a sock or something small lodged in the pump. let me know, thanks Bryan
