ok you have a defrost drain clog. if you remove the raer panel inside the freezer section you will see ice at the bottom under the coils , you need to take either a hair dryer and defrost all the ice out or you can use real hot water to melt it ,though this is faster its more messy, after you get rid of the ice you will see a drain hole in the middle under coils keep putting hot water on this hole until it drains freely, this will take care of the ice in the bottom of freezer section. hope this helps Bryan
