I have a smw272 thermador oven...5 years old. replaced the control unit , display kit , less than 2 years ago....now bake element wont heat past 200 degrees...ohm reading of 21 on bake element....will i have to replace the control unit again? what a piece of junk!!!!

Is the bake element getting 240v when it should? It is probably the relay board if it is not.
