My GE side by side profile refregerator temperature is too

Resolved Question:

My GE side by side profile refregerator temperature is too cold. Even after setting the temps on freezer to 0 F and 37 F on refregerator side. Temperature drops to 32 F on refrigerator side, thus freezing items and water line.

Hi,thanks for using The most common cause of this problem is a broken auto damper that is allowing too much air into the refrigerator. If I may please have your model number I can give you specific information to check this.

Number 459 is the inlet assembly where the baffle is located. You have to remove the entire top assembly from the ceiling of the refrigerator to access this baffle. It is located inside number 459. You will have to totally disassemble it to see thst it is broken.
