We have a Jenn-Air gas cooktop, model LGC8430B. When the cabinet door under the cooktop is closed the burner is blown off. It doesn't seem to me that the cabinets would be that air tight. This problem never occurred with our previous cooktop.

The problem can be fixed by applying a 2-3" piece of 3/16" thick weather stripping to the top and bottom of the inside of the doors. This will allow the air to escape rather than build up pressure inside the cabinet.
