Okay, it sounds like your pump may not be working. This machine will not spin unless the water has drained out. Do you hear any noise when the unit is in spin cycle, like the pump humming or ANY noise at all?

there is a humming noise

Sounds like there is something stuck in your pump. You can remove the front panel by depressing the little clips that are about 2" in from each side and releasing the front panel. It will pull towards you and then you will be able to lift it off the bottom clips. Once you get the front panel off, the pump is right in the front on the RH side. It has two large rubber hoses going to it. You will need to get inside the pump through one of the hose ports. However, you have a tub full of there a floor drain in the room with the washer?

its already been drained

Okay, great! Pull the hoses off the pump and see what is holding it up. The most common things are backing from rugs and fiber fill from pillows. Remove whatever is in there and you should be good to go.
