ok do you hear anything click or buzzing in rear of ref. also can you give me model and make of ref.? thanks Bryan
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

You can hear the fan running pretty loudly but I wouldn't say it's clicking.

ok is it comming from back? does it sound more like a buzz than motor running? can you check in the back side inside freezer section and tell me if theres any frost buildup at all on panel? i'll check model meanwhile. Bryan
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
It does sound like a buzz. I don't see any frost.

you may need a new control board , on the back of ref. you will see a cover with 3 1/4" screws. down on the right side looking at back of ref. there is a control board under cover that runs whole ref. this may be bad. inspect board for burns in circuit board ( unplug ref. first!!) let me know. even if you dont see burns on board it may still be bad.
