I don't have that service manual with me. However, this evening when I get back home, I may have it with the step by step. A lot of the GE's use a torx type screw driver. For wiring either take a digital picture of the connections and/or label them and/or remove one and replace the same one on the new unit. Follow any and all instructions that came with the control part. Especially any that specifically apply to your model.
