My refrigerator is not staying cold enough. What can I do

GE model TFX27FLB. Firdge quit making ice and a code FF is flashing on the front panel. Fridge is not staying cold enough. I defrosted and melted a small iceberg away. NO HELP! Any sugestions. We are handy people and can accomplish much on our own.

I see you're over here also. Did you check that drain tube? You didn't reply. I don't know what you've done or not. Water in the pan would (after defrosting) might still indicate a problem with the tube. Troubleshooting is systmatically eliminating things until you find the right solution.

I did reply.....no....the water in the pan was there before I defrosted the refrigerator. But also...as I said, the refrigerator isn't keeping cold either. The freezer seems to be cold enough.
