I have a GE Side by Side Refrigerator Model PSS26SGRCSS.

This answer was rated:

I have a GE Side by Side Refrigerator Model PSS26SGRCSS. The dispensor panel does not work (lights pulse). The refrigerator and freezer does not work and the temperature control panel is "dark". The only thing that works is that the internal lights come on when the door is open.

I will be happy to help. Just need to get some information.

Had there been any power surges, power outages?

Have you unplugged the fridge and waited a minute then plugged it back in?

Thanks for using!

Reply to MrBill's Post: No power outages. Tried unplugging, letting sit for a bit and plug back in - no change.

Everything that you are having a problem with is controled by the main PCB. This control board is located on the back of the refrigerator. It sounds as if the board may have gone out. This would explain the multiple problems at once.
