I am going to have you start with removing power to Your washer.
Now remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel>
Circled in red above.
The panel will then slide down and lift off.
Once the panel is off You can now see the motor in front bottom and the tub in front of You.
Look at the bottom of the motor You can see the belt around the motor pulley, it will run over to a larger pulley at the bottom of the transmission, and on the right side of the motor You will see a smaller pulley on a spring loaded arm this is the idler pulley this keeps the belt tight.
Start by rolling the belt over the edge of the the large pulley on the transmission You can help it off by rotating the pulley once You have it off this pulley it should remove fairly easy from the rest.
Installing new belt, start by seating the wedged side of belt around motor pulley and the flat back side of the belt against the idler pulley. start the belt around the transmission pulley it will only seem to make it half way but while You hold the belt with one hand rotate the pulley and guide the belt on to pulley.
Top down view the belt fits like this>
Then reverrse installation of front panel and apply power to test run.
Here is the link to the belt>
