I have a White Westinghouse Electric dryer that spins but no heat. I replaced the heating element and still no heat but there is power going to the heating element. Could I have gotten a bad element? The thermo switches seem ok. please help

Hi Hayseed,

Thank you for chosing Justanswer.

Try this:

Check that you have 220 voltage at the outlet.

Check that you have the correct voltage at the leads to the heating element.

Let me know if this helps. From what you stated above it seems that your motor IS working correct?
