Is that what the manual says the code means? If so may I please have the actual error code.

No, I can't find the manual. That is what is shown on the washer, and when we attemt to open the lid and close it and start a new cycle as advised, this same message is shown and so on.

Ok I am unable to locate the service manual for your unit. It seems that I have every other neptune manual except that one. I'm sorry but the earliest that I will have it by would be tomorrow.

At this point I will opt put in the hopes that another expert has the information you need sooner than I will.
