Hi, my name is*****'m a certified appraiser, and I'd be happy to help.

R. Anderson is not a "known" or "listed" artist. This appears to be a work by a local artist, or a talented amateur, in the late 20th century.

It also appears to have gotten some water damage, which unfortunately is bad for value (even if only on the back).

The resale value would be perhaps $50.

I'm sorry for any disappointment.

Sincerely,

Jennifer
