I'm trying to find Homer Laughlin Eggshell Cavalier China.

Customer Question

I'm trying to find Homer Laughlin Eggshell Cavalier China. My set is burgundy with roses, I know the set is very old but I don't know anything else. Does that sound familiar to you?
JA: I always love having an appraiser look at my stuff. Sometimes its turned out to be surprisingly valuable. Tell us what else you do know and the Antiques Appraiser will be able to better assist you.
Customer: It has a number ...E 53 N 8, I know it belonged to my Grandmother at least and she would be 116 if she were alive today:)
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Antiques Appraiser should know?
Customer: Unfortunately, that is all I know

Hello and welcome! My name is Doris.
I have been an antiques collector, dealer and appraiser for over 56 years.
I will be pleased to help you.

"Sets" come in many different sizes.

Please tell me the following -

How many people does your set serve?

How many pieces does each person have?

What serving pieces are there? These can add as much as 30% to the value of a set.
Kind regards,
Doris

I just assumed you want the value of your set. If that is not correct, please let me know.

Kind regards,

Doris
