You just need to make the picture smaller. How did you upload the first one? Just do it the same way. If you cannot do that you can email it but, it cannot be that big either.

Answering an email or sending a text will not get pictures to me.

It is very important to be able to see what the customer has in order to give a correct informed value!

What do you mean when you did that? If you sent by email something must have happen, I get pictures from customers everyday with that method.

If you send in an email you have to send it just like this.
