What you have is an Asian style watercolor painted by a western artist. The red stamp replicates a Japanese chop mark and is contains the letters of the artist's name which is either P. Citrin or P. Citrino. There is unfortunately no listed artist by that name. This style of painting is very popular with art groups. It is well done and based on the quality of the painting has an estimated retail value of $250.00 to $400.00.
