Le Tallec Limoges operated from 1928 to 1940 in Paris, France.

It was decorated by them and likely made by another Limoges maker, which would be

underneath the gold floral over paint on the bottom. These florals can scrape off with a razor blade, but most people do not bother.

You could also hold the box open to a strong light and see if you can read the green maker underneath. With these boxes, most just read Limoges, France.

The box has a current value of $225 to $300.00 retail.
