Here is a picture of the painting
Expert:  rarewares replied 3 months ago.

This is an oil painting that was distributed by the WT Burger company in the 1950-1980's.

They represented unlisted artists and produced both reproductions, reofect (a repro that has the texture of an oil painting) and used studio artists to create the art to be sold in department stores and through catalogs. This artist was not a listed artist, but a studio artist that worked for the company (the write up is intended to seem impressive). This piece has a current value of $100 to $200.00.
