Hi, my name is*****'m a certified appraiser, and I'd be happy to help.

Can you post an overall photo of the painting, and a tighter close-up of the signature?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I will try, there should have been two pictures yesterday, did they get there? The painting is 28 x 36 inches inside the frame by the way.

I think I found it. Is it Elizabeth Rouviere?
Expert:  AppraiserJM replied 4 months ago.

Sorry for the delay, I was only working until 3 yesterday then back at 9 today. Let me research this further. I'll get back to you later this morning.

Yes, it is Elizabeth Rouviere. Rouviere was a mid-century French artist specializing in floral still lives.

At auction, this piece would likely be estimated in the $400 - $600 range. Perhaps as high as $1000 in the right sale, as it's large and the colors are excellent.

At retail, a dealer would likely charge in the $1500-$2000 range.

Please let me know if I can help further.

I see you have not yet rated/accepted my answer. Do you have more questions about the painting?
