are there any marks or labels inside the drawer?

From the construction and the image, this is a late 18th century to early 19th century secretary desk with slant front. It is a vernacular piece and can sell for $1200 - $3000 on today's auction market. You can, however, ask any price you please on an item you own, the key factor is finding a buyer at your asking price.
