I think this is a lithograph but have never found anyone who could decipher the artist signature and I cannot find any other art that is similar.
How would you charge to look at pictures I've take of art and signature.

The photos were taken during the daylight. That is as clear as I can get it. I was hoping someone recognizes the picture so I could figure out the artist. The signing is in dark pencil I think, on dark cranberry background making it difficult to read in any lighting.
