Customer Question

We have inherited a tea urn from my father in-law who was the last resident family of Castle Archdale in Northern Ireland. The only marks on it are what looks like the Birmingham Lion and the letters appear to be I.V or Y
Are you able to tell me the age of the piece please and approximate value?

I have already attached a photo with my original enquiry.
Also charges have been made to me credit card and as contained in my earlier email I do not want a free trail, I do not want monthly access that I have to cancel, I just want an answer to my question that I have paid for and no further payments charged to my credit card.
Thank you

Hi Janelle,

The photos you sent were both of the piece itself. I would like to see if I can identify the piece, but would need to get a good look at that marking.

I would be happy to help you out with this question without any kind of extra questions or trials, but just need to get a good look at that marking.

Thanks for your time today,

Frank
