Hello and welcome! My name is Doris.
I have been an antiques collector, dealer and appraiser for over 56 years.
I will be pleased to help you.
Your baby cup was made by the firm of William A. Rogers, originally of Ontario, Canada then later of New York. The firm mark dates 1881-1929. .
It later became part of the Oneida Co.
Your cup was not made in 1881. This date was just used in the trademark name 1881 Rogers because 1881 was when the company was founded. Your cup dates closer to 1929
The "quadruple" just means that a good quality of plated silver was used to make your cup.
Because your cup is just in "fair" condition, it would have retail antiques store value of $20.
A private seller to a dealer can expect 30-60% of retail value.
I hope I have helped you.
