I have looked through all my sources for well-known artists' signatures. An artist that signed his name "Adrian" was not to be found.
I then looked for mid-19thC paintings by artists with the name "Adrian" as part of his name.
Again, I found no matches in style or subject matter by artists with the name.
When these two results occur, one must assume that the artist is a minor unlisted artist.
This does not mean your painting is not well-done. It means that the artist has not been nationally or internationally recognized for his/her work.
As I mentioned, your painting dates mid-19thC. The scene is a German tavern/pub venue.
Similar well-done oil paintings by unknown artists sell in retail art galleries for about $650-800 assuming excellent condition.
