Customer Question

I am trying to discover the manufacturer of a plate. It says Dresden China in green with a green wreath around the words. But the words have been stamped over in gold, so you can barely read them. It also has a gold anchor stamped on the bottom. Can you help me identify this and give me an idea of the value?

Excellent.

Thank you for getting back to me with that photo.

Your Antique plate would have been produced by the Dresden Pottery of East Liverpool, Ohio circa 1900. In the currrent market your heavily decorated dish with both painted and raised floral motif surrounding a peacock would have a current resale value of 30-40USD in good to excellent condition.

Any cracks or chips to the dish would detract from the resale value.

I hope this information was helpful to you today.

Best of luck with your antique dish.

Any feedback you can leave for my service would be much appreciated.

Thank You,

Frank
