I am sorry for the site issue. I did not mean to click on your question.
I will release your question so that it will open up to all the other experts.
Hello again. I will try to answer your question this evening. It is after 11PM here.
I am sorry for the previous glitch in service. There is a new system on the site. I have not gotten quite used to it yet.
That said, I need a little more information from you.
Are the letters you see on the bottom G-r-e-e-k? Or are they in the Greek language?
I also need a photo of your set. It is important to see what we are assessing.
To send photos you may use the "attach" or "add" link or "paper clip" you see on your reply page.
If none is there, then you may use the free internet photo siteimgur.com Use the following instructions:
Go to http://www.imgur.com
a. Click "Computer" b. Find the photo file on your computer that you want to send c. Click open on the file d. You will see a Start Upload link on the imgur.com page. Click on it e. Your image will appear on the screen f. Highlight and copy the address link under Direct Link to the right on the imgur page g. Paste that link into your reply box on Just Answer
Please know that I cannot accept any requests for "live conversations" such as phone calls. I must research your question to give the most accurate answer.
Besides there are extra charges to you for live conversations.
We professionals are not employees of Just Answer. We do not know about its finances.
If you are asking about the an $18 charge, that ,I think, is the charge for live conversations and is paid in addition to the amount already paid ($38?). All live conversations cost extra. I do not do live conversations.
I do not have a photo from you. Did you use one of the two methods I described in my last response?
I still have not received your photo.
Perhaps you would prefer the email method.
This method takes longer.....sometimes 24 hours; but if you follow directions exactly, it works very well.
This is the official explanation of how to send photos via email:Please follow the questions exactly or they will not get to me.
Send the picture to,***@******.***
In the subject line put " Pictures for˜Doris in Antiques or Appraisals.".In the body of the message put, your user name and name..Make sure to send these from the same address that you registered withjust answer,so they can verify who you are.
This method takes longer because the photos are sent to the Just Answertechs who must forward them to me..They will forward them to me and as soon as I get them I will contact you.
