You have a painting by David Pelbam, (1932 - 2004). Rhode Island artist. He produce most of his paintings between 1965 to 1975. He painted several variations of portraits of the same man as dockworkers, ships captains, and Rabbis. The current asking price for his work is: $150.00 to $650.00.
