A complete image of the artwork including frame both front and back (do not remove from frame), a clear in-focus close-up of the signature, and a close-up of the surface so I can see the texture will be ideal. When taking a clear close-up try using the macro function on your camera. It looks like a small flower icon. This will allow sharper focus at a closer-range. Excellent. I am heading out of town for work today. May i get this detail to you later this week or early next week? I will not remove the frame but there is glass in front so I worry about the quality of the picture. I will do my best. Thanks

No need to remove from frame. Do not remove frame. Best way to capture the image is in natural light at a raking angle.
