Is there value in an antique museum quality ornate gold

Customer Question

Is there value in an antique museum quality ornate gold gilded frame? Apparently the 19th century art piece itself is not the work of a known artist. It was painted in Florence, Spain at the Art Center. landscape in nature I think I count five frames used
in the one piece.
