When assessing an artist's work, appraisers must look at sales of works by the same artist. Art gallery sales prices are private.
We must then go to auction sales prices which are public. When using comparable work by the same artist, medium, subject matter and size are factors to be considered.
Some auction results for lithographs by Thomas Kinkade:
15.75 x 19.69" - 5th Ave Auctioneers - 2.16.14 - $1300
25.2 x 33.46" - " " - " - $1600
23.62 x 29.53" - " " " est $1600-2800 Not Sold
These results )and adjusting for size)indicate that your lithograph
has an estimated auction value range of $1600-1800 assuming good condition.
A retail art gallery would probably double the auction sales price.
Some dealers that buy Kinkade at wholesale prices are -

Art.com -(###) ###-####
Bradford Exchange -(###) ###-####
