Azzolin Brothers were importers in Italy in the 1960's. They did make mostly lamps and figurines. You are right about the date, this woman with grapes was made as part of a pair of lamps (male and female) in 1964 but also a pair of figurines. If she has no hole on her back behind the left shoulder, then she is the figurine (though they are the same value). She is worth 200-250.00 us dollars.
